10 REASONS TO CONSIDER PATRIOT SYSTEMS FOR YOUR SPECIAL SYSTEMS NEEDS
1. OUR PHILOSOPHY: Unfortunately, too many people in the "high-tech" business seem to have forgotten the "old fashioned" basics of value and customer service.  The "golden rule" is alive and well at Patriot Systems and the other nine items below are the tools we use to make this philosophy a reality for our customers.
2. OUR TEAM: Our technicians are "cross-trained" on a variety of systems so whatever brand you might have now, we've probably worked on it.  Even if your existing system has proprietary components we can usually troubleshoot the system and help you resolve your problem in a cost effective manner.  All our technicians maintain current security clearance with the State Of North Carolina and since so many of our clients are in the field of supervised and residential treatment our staff is sensitive to their special needs.
3. NON-PROPRIETARY SYSTEMS:  We only provide systems by nationally recognized manufacturers who do not use territories or limited distribution.  This means when our customer wants to repair or expand their system they aren't held "hostage" by having only one source for parts and service.  Our customers allow us to continue to serve them because they want to, not because they have to.  This puts the choice back in the customer's hands, where it belongs.
4. U.L. CENTRAL STATION MONITORING:  Our North Carolina based central receiving station meets the strict guidelines of Underwriters Laboratories to insure the facility, equipment, and personnel are always ready to quickly respond to your system in the event of and alarm or trouble condition.  Patriot Systems offers competitive rates, personal service (no "menu" systems), and we never require expensive set-up fees or long term contracts.
5. SERVICE AGREEMENTS:  We offer a variety of service agreements to our customers to meet any need.  If you want "blanket" coverage or just an annual "check-up" for your system, Patriot Systems can take care of it for you.
6. ANNUAL INSPECTIONS:  N.F.P.A. guidelines require all fire alarm systems to be inspected annually by a state licensed fire alarm systems contrtactor to ensure they will operate properly when needed.  To ensure your system is ready to perform in the event of an emergency, we can perform a comprehensive system test and provide written test results for your records.  If problems are discovered during the test, a detailed description and proposal for correction will be submitted for approval.
7. SERVICE RATES:  Our basic rates are $65.00 per man/hour during normal business hours and $85.00 per man/hour for nights, week-ends, and holidays.  We also offer discounted service rates for our customers with service agreements.
8. STATEWIDE COVERAGE:  We travel from Manteo to Murphy and all points in between to take care of our family of customers!  Many of our customers who have multiple facilities across the state tell us they would rather pay us to travel a little in order to get the dependable service they know they get from Partiot Systems rather than try to locate and deal with multiple contractors across the state.
9. DESIGN SERVICES:  For your convienance, Patrot Systems can help you design a fire alarm, security, sound, or other special system to meet your particular needs.  We can prepare a package (including CAD drawings) for submission to either a licensed Electrical Engineer or directly to your local Authority Having Jurisdiction, and answer any questions they might have.
10. 24/7/365 CUSTOMER SERVICE:  Things don't always go wrong only during business hours.  That's why Patriot Systems provides service anytime you need it.  We offer our customers a toll-free 24-hour service hotline with access to technicians on call to respond to any problem.  Many times we can solve the problem or answer the question over the phone, but if you need us we're on the way anytime day or night.
